Resolved - This incident has now been resolved.

Monitoring - We have identified a partial connectivity issue outside of our control related to the issues experienced yesterday. This has resulted in a delay in processing data, which has since caught up, with the exception of reports. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide an update once it has been resolved.

Resolved - This issue has now been resolved.

Monitoring - AWS has confirmed that this issue has mostly been resolved. We will continue monitoring this from our side.

Identified - We have now identified this issue is caused by our cloud provider AWS. This is a global issue outside of our control, however we have been informed that they are working on a fix. We will continue to monitor this and provide updates when possible.
